Two Things:
I. Try the 5 links I provided in my first reply
II. Get this Serviced...
A. How old is this Mac?
Note that you have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty with a Mac. So, see if Apple will fix this, if deemed a faulty device. If you are restricted to going placed due to COVID concerns, then perform send-in service. See Here: Send-In Service - Include Handwritten Notes with the Packaging - User Tip
B. Contact Apple Support:
- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- U.S.A. (800)MY-APPLE
- Proceed from there as necessary
- Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
C. Contact an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider):
- Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
- Click: Service & Support
- Enter: your location information
- See: if there is an AASP nearby
- Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone
