My purchased music keeps randomly deleting itself from my phone. I recently transferred everything from my old phone and didn’t seem to have any issues until this.

this also isn’t the first time this has happened on this device. First time I thought maybe just a one time glitch but now it’s happened again and I can’t re download it unless I “buy” it again which wouldn’t be an issue if I knew my apple password but I don’t because of personal reasons I’m not allowed to know it. So I’d appreciate some help.
