Big Sur 11.5.2 with Avast Password Problems

I have Big Sur 11.5.2 installed on my Macbook Pro 13-inch 2017. I have had Avast Passwords installed since High Sierra and all apps worked well. Now, with Big Sur, Mac App Store launches but won't connect leaving only a large blank screen. App Store connects fine in Safe Mode. After I leave Safe Mode and boot normally, App Store continues to connect successfully until I launch Avast Passwords. Afterwards, App Store no longer connects. I didn't have this problem with Catalina. BTW, Music won't connect to the app store with Avast Passwords, either. Currently, my workaround when I need to get to the app store is to boot into Safe Mode. Does anyone have a better solution?
