Battery health of my iphone 11 is declining very fast now what should I do? So fix it plzz. 99 to 97 5 days or 1 week

Battery Health Decrease:
Battery Health decreases as it decreases. Unfortunately, there is no way to know why the percentage have drained. You are fine, because once it reaches less than 80% it is time for a new battery.
