Cannot Reset Security Questions. We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
Received a mail today that my apple id has been inactive and going to be locked. I quickly went and tried to login. Unfortunately, Have forgotten security questions. After several attempts, I tried to reset as well, which prompted me with "Cannot Reset Security Questions We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions".
I visited several pages of apple support, cannot find a direct way to connect with apple support. Is there any place I can submit a form (request) so that I can access my id back.
I am not an apple user but have been planning to get one and use this id.
