i have iphone 11pro
from around a week i have a problem with incoming calls
all calls are coming as NO CALLED ID
even from people i know
i asked my friend/boyfriend/family to call me and they all showing as NO CALLER ID
is there any setting i “accidentally” switched

I’m sorry your having this problem, rest assured we will work to resolve this issue, please go to settings>general>reset and reset network settings, then plz take your SIM card out and reassert it in again.

Restricted ID:
I would ask these people if they have had their phone providers set their phone numbers as Restricted, in that no one can see the number.
With iOS 13 and later, you can turn on Silence Unknown Callers to avoid getting calls from people you don't know. This blocks phone numbers ...Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support

i used few different phones to call
i spoke to apple support on the phone and they told me they received several calls regarding this
this is virgin mobile fault
already spoke to them but nothing was resolved as of yet
The problem is the calls are coming from people i know and they checked they did not block their caller ID
the option you mentioned is switched off already

my Bluetooth not paring with devices either
