Im trying to factory reset my Mac, Im having issues to get my Imac working

Telling us why you want to do a factory reset and letting us know what Mac you own (model & model year) and the version of Mac OS would be VERY helpful. Please refer to Writing an effective Apple Support Communities Question to get an idea of what we need from you in order to assist will help.
