How can I tell if I was removed from a group text or someone used my phone to remove me?

After reviewing your post, it seems like you want to know how you were removed from the group text. There is no way to see if someone used your phone to remove you from the group, or if someone else removed you.

Do other people have access to your iPhone?

Have you been removed from other group conversations?
