Updating IPhone 7 to iOS 14.7.1

I have iPhone 7 which I don’t know why do not update to iOS 14.7.1. It already has preinstalled 11.4.1.Even thou, there is 25 GB storage remaining out of 32 GB and the WiFi is also good with 90% battery available. The phone installs 50% of the update after long 2 hours, and then stopes saying “the update was not able to install Try again at another time” . I have tried to install update by not only restarting but also resetting the device but of no use. Is there any way to update this phone ?
