Itunes card

My itunes card number got accepted but then all the money instantly went away. What do i do?

Hello ~ Take a look at this excellent prior post by *raina_b22* one of our Community Specialist.


“Your balance is available in the iTunes Store, App Store, and Apple Books. If you don't think the amount of balance available to you is correct, check your purchase history to see if some of the balance was used for a purchase. If you still don't think the balance is correct, sign out of the iTunes Store and App Store on all of your devices and then sign back in."


View your Apple ID balance


If you're still not seeing the proper amount of credit after signing out and back in to the iTunes Store on your devices, reach out to iTunes using the "Tell us how we can help" section here: iTunes Support


You can also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support.
