It says I can’t download music for 90 days but I’m still paying for it

If you changed Apple IDs, then downloaded something or the Apple has an Apple subscription active and then tried to go back to thew original Apple ID, yes that is what happens. There is no way around it. It's precisely to prevent transfer of Apple Music tracks and other purchases form one ID to another like that. A device can only be associated to one Apple ID, and you can only change the Apple ID once every 90 days.


You should not be changing Apple IDs like that unless it's absolutely necessary.
