I reseted my settings but no use and no working of faceid in my phone can you please helpme to solve these

In my phone faceid has been gone I just clicked many time on reset but no use

If your iPhone already has the latest iOS update, then you need to make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options. This is already mentioned in the support article you arrived here from.
