I am having this problem of not being able to listen to music when I am on facebook. If the music is on, it is paused when I open facebook and when I try to play it again, it stops again going back to facebook.
i am not sure what is the problem, I even turned off facebook in-app sound and video autoplay

I was no having that problem too but go to Facebook settings and privacy, scroll down to media and turn off In app sounds. After you save it open app switcher and close Facebook out. Afterwards you should be able to listen to your music while scrolling thru newsfeed.

Thank you for those additional details. If you haven't already, you'll also want to make sure that your iPhone 11 Pro is fully updated:

It is really going random. Cannot identify where and when it exactly stops. Sometimes working fine sometimes not. Restarting doesn’t make any good. Even from different audio apps, same thing is happening.
I have already tried all of that, unfortunately, still the same issue

It appears that you're unable to listen to Apple Music on your iPhone while using the Facebook app. Have you been able to listen to the Music app while using Facebook before? Are you able to use other audio apps while using Facebook or the other way around (listen to the Music app while actively using a different app)?
