iTunes payment cancellation form

Dear All, I have receive an invoice from Apple iTunes. But I didn’t do the purchase. How can I cancel the payment? Where can I get the cancellation form? Please let me know how? Thank you very much for your information.

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. If we understand, you have received a receipt of an iTunes Store purchase that you don't recognize. We are happy to help!


First, use the steps in If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support to help identify whether the charge is legitimate. If it is, make sure to check for, and cancel, any subscriptions associated with the charge: How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support.


Once you've done that, you can request a refund using the information in Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.
