After downloading the iOS 14, my iPhone has been glitching

I want to keep my iPhone. I paid the phone off in a year. I own it.

After downloading the IOS 14 my phone has been glitching. I want to keep my phone but also Apple should be able to replace my phone without having to give my current phone up. I am covered under Apple Warranty.
