I am wondering if after making an in app purchases, can either the person on the billing address view the transaction? And I used itunes credit, so nobody of credit card will see it? Thanks.

When you make a purchase, it generates an email receipt as well as an entry in your Purchase History. So if anyone has access to your email or your Apple ID, it will be visible. Also if you part of Family Sharing it will (in most cases) appear as shareable.

In my experience the email receipt comes about 1 or 2 days after the purchase.
Can anyone view purchase history/bill history?
