Nothing on my IPhone XR loads

No apps will load such as instagram and youtube, safari works sometimes but most of the time nothing on my phone works at all. i’ve restarted my phone multiple times and reset the network settings, but this all seems to make it worse as the phone begins to crash after i’ve done this. this is incredibly frustrating as this seems to always happen at the same time at night.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Let's try a few things:

  1. How much free storage space do you have left on your iPhone XR? Do you have at least 10GB - 15GB of free storage space?
  2. You may have a poor battery condition which cannot provide sufficient power for peak performance. What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings Battery Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less, then it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple.
  3. Finally, Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
