Arrow in right top corner

A few minutes ago a arrow appeared in the top right corner. It was surrounded by a grey square. If you used or are using a Bluetooth keyboard you have to press the shift-key. If this doesn’t help press booth shift keys (if you have two) on the Bluetooth keyboard. If it is a other symbol then press the key on the keyboard that match the symbol on your phone or iPad. This should work.
