My son initially put an older birthday as his Apple ID but he is less than 13 and would like to change it to the correct date. Can you help me please. He is listed as adult and he is using my creditcard trough family sharing without asking me plus I can not set his screentime and he is abusing this for too much time each day.

Ask To Buy can be turned on for members up to 17.
The ScreenTime issue can also be resolved by you setting Screen Time on his device and not telling him the passcode.
