my iphone12 disabled

dear sirs/madame,

more or less 10 units from iphone 4 earlier version to 12 i have never experienced this disabled matter.

tried to follow apple.supports guide ways but its was worked at all and the supported text refer to old model/version ( iphone 8 )?

tried to connect to itunes the iphone 12 was not detected also?

please advise the quick solution

Hi there!

You have to restore your iPhone in recovery mode through iTunes on Windows 10 or Finder on macOS.
