phone is extremely slow

I've recently noticed quite a few problems with my phone.

I am unable to update my phone to ios14. I'm not sure why, as some people around me are able to do so with their 6+.
My phone is extremely slow. I only have a few apps downloaded and have used 57.8 GB out of the total 128 GB I have, and yet it can't function smoothly. I'm not sure why this is the case.

I'm not sure why this is happening , however if you have any idea please let me know :)

No, a 6 plus can only be upgraded to 12.5.4, you would need at least a 6S to upgrade beyond that. A 6plus doesn't have the hardware needed to run anything newer.

Try a forced restart to see if that help speed things up a little.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
