following friends on apple music

Hello,

so I’m trying to follow a couple of my friends on Apple Music and I’ve always had problems with this. my Apple Music looks different than everyone else’s. it doesn’t give me the option to follow friends and when I look up people to follow, it says no results. I will drop a couple of photos down to further explain my problem. when I press “listen now” and then press my icon in the top right like everyone says to, the first pic is what it shows. Or if I try to simply look up a friends name, it does not show results.
