Then you'll have to buy a replacement phone. Liquid damage can't be repaired, nor is it covered under warranty.

You can buy an Out of Warranty replacement device per the prices in this link --> iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support

Or, buy a new iPhone. Your choice.
