Calls and texts intercepted

A person who I have never met intercepts my texts, calls and emails! Verizon and apple couldn’t help me. I got new phone, changed my number and it still happens. They text people pretending to be me, they listen to my calls, they block my boyfriends incoming calls. Help!!

calls answered on other device I'm concerned that there is someone using my apple ID! I cannot see any linked devices on my account apart from my own, but I have many calls being answered on "another device" and can see the call durations that happened (seems to be on USA timezone and area dialling codes). I also have iMessages to a woman with the same name as me (my ID has my first name in it). How is she using my number / iCloud email for so many things and how can I stop her? I've contacted a few of the people to ask who they talk to on my ID but am met with abuse and threats!!! I do not share my ID with anyone. I have changed passwords and the problem still exists. Random texts I had an iPhone XR and my phone was texting random texts...I changed phones and it’s still doing that; could it be my apple i.d.?

It certainly sounds like you’re not the only person who knows/has ever used your Apple ID and password.

Nope. Apple can’t figure it out and certainly not Verizon 😫😫😫
