Oh I see. You didn't mention you completed the entire setup. In that case you have to erase the device and set it up again.

Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.

Keep going through the setup. When you get to the "Apps & Data" screen, you can choose to transfer directly from iPhone, which will do the same thing as Quick Start.
