convert 32 bit mp4 to 64 bit

I'm sure this question has been asked a million times but I can't find a thread anywhere.

Is there software or some kind of workaround to convert old Quicktime7, 32 bit mp4 movies to 64 bit?

I converted as many as I could before the switch to 64 but a few slipped through the cracks.
