You can't just ask Apple to ignore the violations by Epic and put it back.

Until the lawsuit between Epic Games and Apple is resolved Fortnite will not return. Threatening Apple will not make the legal process move faster.

Hello ~ This is a forum of end to end users…just like you…we are not Apple and Apple is not here. Fortnite is not in the App Store and more than likely will not be for quite sometime…if ever. So the ability to use it on an Apple device isn’t a possibility at this time.

So Fortnite will not be coming back to the iPhone or iPad any time soon. So you go right ahead and pay hundreds of dollars for another brand of phone just so you can play Fortnite.

It was removed from the App Store because Epic Games violated the developer agreement they signed with Apple. It was removed from purchased, because their developer account was terminated. If you want the app back, you’ll have to ask Epic Games to stop their court appeal after they lost the original court case against Apple.

You know, of course, that Google also pulled Fortnite from their Google Play Store for the same reason Apple did. Epic wants to bypass both store’s commission policies. You should know, of course, that there is a lawsuit going on between Epic, Apple, and Google, and that Fortnite will not be available on iOS for years to come unless Epic agrees to play by the rules.

So your beef is with Epic Games CEO, one Tim Sweeny. He could end this and Fortnite could return to both stores. But Mr. Sweeney is bent on pursuing this lawsuit so you can forget about Fortnite, period.

Complain to Tim Sweeney, CEO of Epic Games. He is the one who started this impasse. Email him and ask him to get Fortnite back in the App Store. He has the power to do so by simply following the rules, dropping his lawsuit, and Fornite is back.

No epic games didn’t pull it from the App Store, Apple did Apple terminated Fortnite from the App Store and made it to that epic games couldn’t work on fortnite on I.O.S

apple actually pulled the app.
