Command line interface setup on iPad

Fellas, I have my iPad pro and trying to setup CLI for my development work in AWS. Is there a default "Terminal" utility (like in MacOS) on ipad or please suggest the best way to setup AWS CLI.

There is not a default terminal utility. There are many third party apps that allow this functionality. Browse the App Store for Terminal and you'll see plenty of options.
