My iphone 11 pro is stuck on boot loop and whenever i try to force restart it enters restore mode. When i plugged my iphone into my mac and windows, it shows error 4013 whenever i try to update or restore. Pl help me on the same as the apple service center is asking for the same price of 11 pro to give me a replacement.

They told me there is an issue with the motherboard, though not telling me the reason for the same. As i had not dropped it or even there was no liquid damage from my side. Does an iphone just have a life of 1 year?
You are not talking directly to Apple representatives here. As fellow Apple-product users there is nothing we can do to "help you" with this matter. You will need to discuss this with the Apple Authorized Service Provider about this issue as we have no idea what they found with this phone that it needed to be replaced.
