Is there no warranty support in Indonesia?

I called seven different "authorized Apple service providers" in Jakarta (including the big ones - Ibox and Mitra Care) to do service on an in-warranty Airpod Pro and all of them said they did not do service or honor the Apple warranty. Is the entire country of Indonesia excluded from the Apple product warranty?
