Hi my Apple Watch was ok until my child gave it a wrong password and now it Regiment and that error is: too many passcode attempts reset Apple Watch and pair gain. I did do the same work that said at the help of apple site thanks for your help
You will need to unpair the the watch and then pair it back to your iPhone.
Put your Apple Watch on its charger, then press and hold the side button until you see Power Off. Press and hold the Digital Crown, then tap Reset. After the reset finishes and your Apple Watch restarts, you need to pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
