iPhone camera roll videos not playing
Some of my iPhone XS camera roll videos are not playing and just showing loading circle . The videos have been saved in camera roll from last 1 year

We understand that you aren’t able to get videos to play on your iPhone XS, and you’re seeking assistance. We’d like to see if we can help, but we have a few questions to help us understand the exact issue before we get started.
Are you using iCloud for your Photos? Generally, when you see the loading circle it’s because the video is attempting to load the full resolution version from iCloud, so your network connection and/or available iCloud and iPhone storage may come into play. You can check at Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos.
