The activity app on phone is not syncing with watch. It shows zero activity!

I’m having the same issue. Tried completing steps above with no success. I press reset sync data and nothing appears to happen. No acknowledgement or clue that it’s done anything. Tried power down of watch still same. Stuck on ‘loading’ on watch.

On your iPhone in the Apple Watch App

Tap My Watch.

Tap General

Tap Reset on the General screen.

Tap Reset Sync Data on the Reset screen.

Then restart your watch.

This did not work for me. I’ve tried turning both off and restarting, still zero activity.

I’m having the same issues you did. Have you found an alternative solution or figured out how to actually get the reset sync data to work?

Hi. I couldn’t get the reset to work but after I updated software on watch and phone a few weeks ago it started working and to date it’s been ok🤓

Thanks. I updated the software on both today and so far no change. I need to restart both. My last hope!
