If I spend a total of $1900 on apple products at my apple store do you think they would take the chance to replace my iPhone X screen for free?

If the screen is the only damage on the phone, you might look into whether your phone has any trade-in value by visiting your local Apple Store. Rather than paying almost $300 towards fixing a three-year-old phone, that may be better spent towards a newer device. The iPhone 11, for example, starts at $599, so with the $279 you'd spend on screen repair plus the trade-in value you'd get (I couldn't say how much exactly since the phone must be inspected first), you'd probably just pay a couple hundred more to upgrade to a newer phone.
