My replacement phone will not allow my phone number to be saved nor will it say it has service. How do I fix this problem?

Your phone number is on your SIM card. You need to insert the SIM card that you removed from the old phone, or get a replacement from your carrier if you didn’t same the SIM card from the old phone.
