Hi,
First of all, you may want to try resetting the printing system and re-adding the printer. Check whether the operating system offers a suitable driver to use.
Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem - Apple Support
Add a printer on Mac - Apple Support
If necessary, you could try the Canon Printer Drivers v3.4 for macOS package download from Apple. Look for something like the Canon MX410 series version 16.10.0.0 driver mentioned in the article Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support.
Canon does not appear to have drivers for anything newer than macOS sierra 10.12:
This does not necessarily mean that macOS Sierra drivers cannot be used with a later system version, so if nothing else helps, you may want to test it with macOS Catalina 10.15. It may or may not work.
Canon PIXMA MX410 is not a printer supporting the driverless AirPrint technology.

You may have to look to Canon support site to see if newer drivers
are available. Sometimes that can work, sometimes, not so much.
After upgrade to latest macOS, (past Mojave 10.14.6) there's no longer
32-bit driver and/or software support for third-party peripherals.
Before an upgrade where driver support vaporizes, you'd want to look
into free info resources to see what they now say. Been years since this
was a new issue. An answer may be: get a newer forward-facing printer.

The Canon support site may offer additional drivers to different region
source where they still have an existing market, for older devices..
[There's seldom a detour to getting around the 32-bit/64-bit divide.]
