The place to start —

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

Typically third party Anti-Virus does nothing but add issues and compete directly with Apple’s® own built in Security:

macOS - Security - Apple https://www.apple.com/macos/security/

Apple Platform Security - Apple https://support.apple.com/guide/security/welcome/web

There are no viruses on your Mac. Windows viruses cannot execute in macOS, and Apple has built-in security to stop that.

What you likely have, and you haven't shared why you think you have a "virus" on your Mac, is some form of adware/malware that has altered your Mac (or browser) behavior. For that, I recommend that you download, install, and run Malwarebytes. It is a free trial, will detect and remove known malware. If you wish, you can uninstall Malwarebytes afterward from its Help menu.
