Cancel subscription

I’ve been trying to cancel a subscription for some time now but each time I try to cancel the subscription it just shows me a blank page making it impossible to cancel...how can I cancel this subscription?

What didn’t work. What did you do, step by step, and what did you see after each step?


  1. Open Settings - what do you see?
  2. Tap on your name at the top - What do you see?
  3. Tap on Subscriptions - What do you see?
  4. Can you find the subscription that you want to cancel?
  5. YES - tap on it - what do you see?
  6. NO - See this link→If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed - Apple Support
