Have Apple Support Zero-Out the Balance:

I'd save a few and contact Apple Support, asking the Apple Rep to zero-out the balance. Elsewise, I'd have to spend money on the Apple Store to get down to zero. So, consider the same.

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Purchase something costing that much or more.
