Screen Record?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It's our understanding that you're not seeing the expected options to screen record on your iPad. We're happy to help.

Since the Record button doesn't appear in the Control Center, go to Settings > Control Center and double check to make sure Screen Recording appears under Included Controls. If the issue persists, restart your iPad. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behavior.

Restart your iPad

Thanks for following up. Do you see a Record button at all, even if it's not gray? If you're not sure, please provide a screenshot of what you're seeing.
