Retrieving deleted calls log
is there anyway to retrieve important phone number was deleted accidentally plz

You can retrieve your call logs by restoring your iPhone through iCloud Backup.
To do this, follow the steps in this article:https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/icloud/mm7e756df7fd/icloud
P.S-This will only work if you backed up your iPhone to iCloud before deleting the call logs.
