How to get rid of those annoying iphone software update notifications

After my mbp being updated to Big Sur, my notification center is filled with those stupid iPhone software update notifications. Cause I am a developer, I need to connect to iPhone device to mbp all the time. And each several hours those notifications will pop out and squeeze out every normal notification such as IM messages because system notification is always pinned at the top. What I can do is either to click the little joking close button on the top left of the notifications each time or to erect middle finger to apple and ignore all of those ****** stuff. I choose the latter of cause. Currently, I turn on the do not disturb mode and use my phone to receive important message notifications. It's quite stupid.

Anyone has some ideas about how to remove those notifications at once, or just prevent the notifications from being popped out. iPhone system upgrade is not considered..
