Roblox purchase issues!

Hello there!

I have set up a new Apple ID for my 8 year old daughter. When she tries to purchase some Roblox on her iPod, it successfully asks me for permission and after accepting the purchase , it gives us error that something went wrong with the purchase and we need to contact iTunes support! The interesting thing is we managed to purchase 450 premium membership with no issues!

Any thoughts?
