Is there a way to change the image or add a description to my cards?
It is very common for online banks to provide a service where you have multiple cards for multiple purposes (one for gas, food, hobbies and so on)
I currently have about 5 identical cards in my apple wallet, making iPay unusable.
is there a way to solve this?
Or should I just stick with analogue cards? (that I have stickers on)

Currently, there is no way to change the Apple Pay cards' image or add a description so that you can identify them. You have 5 cards that are impossible to quickly identify on Apple Pay. At present, the best option that you have is to use your physical/actual cards that you have identification stickers on.
