iPhone not working

My phone is not turning on, it is stuck on the black screen with the apple logo that is shown before turning on. it has been sitting like this for 2 hours and I tried to force start it but it didn't work. What should I do?

My phone will not turn on I turned my iPhone off earlier today and it will not turn back on again. It is stuck on the black screen with the apple logo on it. I've tried forcing it to restart or to turn back off again but nothing works. I also tried plugging into my macbook pro, but my device won't show up. If someone could help it would be much appreciated.
