Help with phone while abroad?

My phone stopped working in Mexico and I can't get to speak with chat or book an appointment with the Genius bar. Does anyone know how to be assisted without a phone (mine is dead!) in CDMX?

I'm traveling alone and have no way to contact Apple or anyone from a phone, it's a major nightmare and I desperately need help.

The apple support page goes in a loop when it asks for my location and it doesn't let me book an appointment or go into the chat page.

Does anyone have any way to help? Thanks in advance.
