How do you get Apple Support in Mexico City?
My phone stopped working and I need to book an appointment with the Genius Bar at Apple Antara, however the website keeps going in a loop asking for my location and when I choose Mexico, the page reloads and I can't get to chat, phones or scheduling page.
I don't have a phone and I'm outside the country, this is a major nightmare and I desperately need assistance with my phone in CDMX. Does anyone know how to contact Apple without having to call (no phone)?
Also, if I need a phone replacement, will this be available in Mexico if my account is from the States?
Please help! Apple isn't helpful when you're traveling abroad.
