I’m having trouble with the secondary line always popping up instead of my primary line. I just want to deactivate it and be done with it as it’s causing mass confusion with my clientele and friends/family LOL

You should be able to remove your secondary cellular plan using the steps from the bottom of this article: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM
