Apps crashes down , can’t open and sometimes restarts by it self

hello to the wonderful community.After the latest update 14.7 my iPhone 8 plus open certain apps or just sometimes restarts by itself. Can somebody explain me how we fix ? Is it a a software thing that also more people have or is it just me that. I am unlucky? The apps that will keep crashing or shutting down by itself are YouTube Facebook Instagram and Apple related apps.

my model is IPhone 8 Plus battery 100 % capacity with iOS 14.7.1 installed

It looks like you're having issues with apps on your iPhone. If that's correct, let's try the following.

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open

This should help.

I have tried the following . All of my apps are updated and I tried everything on the list . The problem goes away but then it just showing up again out of nowhere
