Adding apps to iphone 12
I need to add the First Direct banking app and the gmail app to my iphone 12. When I do this from the apple play section it says that I've been successsful but the icon widgets are not on the screen. Please help!

Sometimes apps are set to be stored in a different spot when downloaded instead of your Home Screen. Below is a couple of resources that tell you how to change where apps show after they are downloaded and tells you how to download apps:

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone
Additionally, if an app is downloaded and stored in your App Library you can scroll to the last screen after your Home Screen and locate the app in your App Library, then you can press and hold the app and drag it to your designated screen.
